Community Resource Guide - The road to empowerment begins with knowledge. Knowing where to get what we need in times of economic troubles can reduce our stress and avoid setbacks in our health. This community resource guide is a tool to help us do better by understanding our community support network. It will help us find what we need faster when we are in need.
With this knowledge, however, comes some responsibility; responsibility to help our friends and neighbors by sharing this information. This is peer support. Medical help
